Vegetable oils have been an extremely important part of the Mediterranean diet for centuries. Olive oil

It is the most widely used oil worldwide. It is extracted from olives, the fruit of the olive tree, and has a very specific flavor and aroma that adds a special touch to dishes.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
It is the highest quality oil and is extracted by pressing olives of the finest quality at the right stage of ripeness. It has an intense, rich flavor and is perfect if used raw, as a dressing for salads with bread, or to enhance other dishes.
Olive Oil
It is obtained by combining virgin olive oil with refined oil and has a mild flavor while maintaining all the natural properties of olive oil. It is perfect for use both in cold and hot dishes.
Virgin Olive Oil

Like extra virgin olive oil, it is obtained by mechanically pressing olives and is also characterized by its high quality. It is ideal use is raw.

Olive Pomace Oil

Coconut Oil
It is one of the most well-known functional oils and is extracted from the dehydrated pulp of the coconut. It is solid at room temperature but becomes liquid when heated.
