What are the main quality standards and regulations that Aceites ABASA follows to guarantee the quality of its products?
In Aceites ABASA we have the highest standards in terms of food safety and security. Currently, we have to our credit standards such as BRC, IFS or FSSCC 22000. In addition, in the last year we have obtained two more certifications:
– ISO 14001, the environmental management system standard.
– ISO 45001, occupational health and safety management system standard.
What quality control processes are implemented in oil packaging and distribution to ensure customer satisfaction?
Our objective is to guarantee the highest quality to our customers, for this, we analyze the raw material before it arrives to our facilities, during the production process and in its expedition. We base our analysis on the HACCP method, which provides us with information on possible risks during all stages of the process.
In order to guarantee excellence, exhaustive quality controls are carried out to ensure the customer a safe, innocuous and top quality product.
How is product traceability managed and what measures are taken to ensure food safety?
Traceability management is key throughout the supply chain, as it is a basic tool in risk management and increases the effectiveness of internal management in terms of the level of information available on products and processes, which undoubtedly contributes to increasing consumer confidence.
In Aceites ABASA we have the ERP SAP system with which we can guarantee traceability throughout the supply chain.
